So, here in the states we simply don't do this.  But why the heck not?

I am starting a collection of images to pull from for my next "dressy" event to turn to.

















She just does it so well.  Spot on every single freakin time.  Does she have a hat/fascinator stylist on staff 24/7?!  What am I saying?  Of course she does!
